Prawns in Coconut Gravy

Did you watch the Oscars yesterday?

Prawns in Coconut Gravy

Honestly, I was just waiting for them to announce Leo’s name (intuition people..intuition) and kept switching after Priyanka Chopra presented an award. She looked gorgeous by the way!

Prawns

Yes, Leo won an Oscar and the whole world can finally heave a sigh of relief. He not only received a standing ovation from the live audience but also a jumping ovation from me. #LeowinsOscar

Knowing that Leo and I knew he won at the same time at the same moment is more than enough for me!

He deserves an Oscar not only for the movie but also for the best speech that night. Along with the regular thanking he called out on the issue of climate change and also pressed that one should not take anything this world offers for granted. Now that’s what I call a victory speech.

Prawns in Coconut Gravy

Celebrated this win by making Prawns (Shrimp) in Coconut Gravy.

Prawns have become a regular at my house as I have found a place where they give deveined and clean prawns; phew, saves me the struggle of cleaning making my job faster.

Thanks Garance for stopping by. The coconut milk is sweet so it is not that spicy but gives the gravy a good smooth texture.
